Our story
We exist to close the gap between strong programmes and sustainable impact.
We founded Solution Global Consults because too many high-impact organisations struggle to access the funding, systems, and evidence they need to scale their work. While strong programmes change lives, sustainable impact requires strong institutions.
Organisations doing Africa's most important development work were being outcompeted for funding by organisations with better proposals — not better programmes. We exist to close that gap.
Our lead consultant, Japhet Omaye, CMC, FIMC, spent 20+ years on both sides of the development table: as an NGO founder who built ELSOPHI from a one-room office in Anyigba into an organisation reaching thousands of beneficiaries, and as a senior Business Development professional who mobilised $50M+ for some of Nigeria's largest INGO operations. Solution Global Consults was formalised in 2023 to put that combined experience at the service of the organisations that need it most.
