Proposal Development Consultant
Support proposal development across a range of bilateral and multilateral donors. Requires 5+ years of development sector proposal writing experience, strong technical narrative skills, and a track record of successful awards.
MEL Specialist (Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning)
Design and manage implementation research, measurement frameworks, and data collection systems for client programmes. Experience with KoBoToolbox, ODK, SPSS/R, and donor MEL requirements essential.
Organisational Development Consultant
Support clients to build the governance, financial, HR, and procurement systems that make organisations donor-ready and institutionally sustainable. USAID pre-award preparation experience is highly valued.
